The R6 Sixth Form at the Ridgeway School celebrated many successes in today’s A-level and AS level results, marking yet another year of excellent academic and personal achievements for students at the school, with an overall pass rate of 96%.

James Povoas, Principal, said, “We’re delighted to have record numbers of students achieving higher grade passes. Our students can look forward to fantastic futures – whether at university or in employment or apprenticeships and training. I want to congratulate them all. As ever, I want to thank our wonderful staff who have been instrumental in helping our Sixth Formers achieve these great results. I’d also like to recognise the parents for their support in achieving these results as R6 is all about partnership working.”

Helen Dixon, Assistant Principal Head of Post 16 agreed, “Today is one of the best parts of the job. It’s great to see so many smiling faces on our students who have achieved the grades they needed for their university or future employment.”
