Duke of Edinburgh - Training



Before any participant goes on their expedition, whether it is a practice, or an assessment, they need a period of training in the art of navigation, campcraft and other expedition work. We, as instructors, need to be sure that if the participants are to go out into the wilderness and navigate a route without help and to get to their campsites, then they can do so safely.
