Changes to Benefit Rules

From 2nd November 2009 Child Benefit will no longer be counted as part of your income for Housing and Council Tax Benefit . If you do not receive Housing and Council Tax Benefit you may now be able to claim. To find out how much use the Benefits Calculator at: http://www.swindon.gov.uk/benefitscalculator If you already claim Housing and council Tax Benefit then we will recalculate it for you.
