Ridgeway Leisure Centre CLOSURE (18/03/20)
Due to the ongoing concerns regarding the spread of Coronavirus and following the Government advice, the Ridgeway Leisure Centre is now closed until further notice. We are sure you can appreciate given the fluid nature of this situation we cannot at this time offer a reopening date.
We appreciate and fully understand many questions will arise from this closure and we will do our utmost to answer all queries raised as soon as we can. We have included answers to some of the most frequently asked questions below, particularly in relation to memberships, refunds, and existing bookings.

What will happen to my membership?
All memberships will be frozen – what this means is you can retain your membership with us but during the period of this closure no further payments will be taken out. We will be in contact when we are due to reopen and will inform all members when payment will commence.
Will I be issued a refund?
No refunds will be issued or processed until we fully understand more about our situation. We will ensure a 2 week credit will be applied to Direct Debit paying members accounts. This will mean no charge will be made during the first 2 weeks of reopening.
What will happen to Clubs/Block Bookings?
We have spoken to all facility bookings regarding what happens during this closure. For more information about your specific club please contact your club coordinator directly.
