Circuit Training

An excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. Our instructors will push you to the max to help you achieve those fitness goals.

Aquafit

Perfect for those looking to make a splash by adding low-impact, high energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine. All abilities welcome (ladies only).

HIIT Training

HIIT Training is a total body workout with an aerobic design. This class is an interval based class that combines full body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts, designed to tone your body and improve your endurance. All abilities welcome as adaptations can be made to suit all.

Resistance Band

The perfect way to help build strength and improve overall fitness. This class is suitable for all abilities and will help improve and maintain a strong core.

Total Tone

A Full body workout specifically targeting Legs, Bums and Tums. Perfect for those who want to lose weight, tone or want to simply just improve their fitness levels.

Yoga

An ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.

Kettlebell & Abs

Training is the perfect class to help build strength and improve overall fitness. The class is suitable for all abilities and will help improve and maintain a strong core

Zumba

A dance based cardio class targeting fat loss and lean muscle toning in the upper and lower body and the core. This class is a high energy, rhythmic workout that offers a fun and party like atmosphere.

Body Conditioning

Body Conditioning classes provide a full body workout using strengthening and aerobic exercises. This class targets all levels of fitness and will help shape and tone your body.
