The book cover competition has been amazing and we've enjoyed so many excellent entries from our students! After much deliberation, our judges have chosen their favourite entries from each age group!
Ali Sparkes picked Rhys James' entry from the year 7/8 selection. She said: "I love the attention to detail in the poses the boys are striking and the positioning of the post and the ball in front of the climbing frame which is so similar to the temple in shape - and the reddish filter - very atmospheric."
Tom Palmer picked Olivia Tubb's "The Tiger Who Came To Tea."
And finally Jenny McLachlan said:
"Wow, it's difficult to decide- what a creative and fun group of teachers you have! For me it was very difficult to decide between The Gruffalo and The Children of Hurin, but I think The Gruffalo has to be the winner! Please pass on how much I enjoyed all these wonderful recreations."
