Student Produces Protective Visors for Local Health and Care Workers

16 April 2020

Over the past few weeks and months, we’ve witnessed some amazing acts of generosity and support in our community.

Recently, a student at The Ridgeway has been making protective visors for local key workers using his 3D printer at home.

As of Tuesday, Theo has already produced over 40 rainbow coloured visors for local health and care workers free-of-charge and is hard at work producing another batch.

Each visor takes almost two hours to make and we are all extremely impressed with the hard work and resourcefulness Theo has put in to support essential workers in his local community!

Everyone at the Ridgeway would like to give a big thanks to Theo, as well as to all the key workers doing the best they can during this period.
